KWIRK - ZX SPECTRUM
===================

Kwirk the tomato is lost in a maze of rooms. Push blocks, turn rotors and
fill holes to clear a path to the exit. Some rooms have more than one
character, and every one of them has to get out.

An unofficial fan port of the Game Boy puzzle game.

WHICH FILE DO I NEED?
---------------------

  Spectrum 48K
    kwirk48.tap tape image
    kwirk48.tzx tape image (TZX format)
kwirk48.z80 snapshot, starts straight at the title screen

  Spectrum 128K, +2, +2A, +3
    kwirk128.tap tape image
    kwirk128.tzx tape image (TZX format)
kwirk128.z80 snapshot, starts straight at the title screen

  Spectrum +3 (disk)
kwirk.dsk +3 disk image, loads in about 35 seconds

The 48K version has Going Up, with beeper sound.
The 128K version adds Heading Out, the two-player VS mode and AY music.

Loading times from tape are about 3 minutes 40 seconds (48K) and
7 minutes 15 seconds (128K).

HOW TO LOAD
-----------

  Tape (.tap / .tzx)

    loads by itself.

On a +3, insert the disk and choose "Loader" from the menu.

  Snapshot (.z80)
Open the file in your emulator.

TIPS
----

  - Blocks can only be pushed, never pulled. Think before you push.
  - Push a block into a hole to fill it and walk across.
  - Rotors swing round when pushed, but only if nothing is in the way.
  - Stuck? Press U to undo, or R to start the room again.
